This service is available for the following environments:

Oracle Enterprise Edition, Oracle Standard Edition, Oracle Standard Edition One, Microsoft SQL Server 2000, 2005 and 2008. Oracle 8, 8i, 9i, 10g and 11g.

Service Desk

Attain IT provides our clients with a Service Desk manned by experienced Oracle and Microsoft Database Administrators, not first level help desk agents who only log calls.

We recognise that our customers’ needs do not always fit nicely into one of five options on a phone menu, so we deliver true customer service by directing ALL calls to Attain IT to a real person, not an IVR system.
