We all know I.T. can be demanding. Machines fail, people break systems, deployments and DR tests are often done out of regular hours and sometimes a customer may not plan ahead as well as they should. All these things can lead to pressure, deadlines and out of regular hours work.

Attain IT’s consultants avoid having to deal with poor internal planning, company politics, questionable sales tactics and unreasonable expectations of working hours.

We support our staff to live balanced lives. We want you to be happy, so we don’t stress about the unavoidable realities of life (and family life) and just get on with delivering to our customers.

We encourage annual leave and we work reasonable hours. Every couple of weeks we sit down with a drink and a snack and have a chat about how we can continue to deliver value to our customers. We think we’ve got the balance right and we hope you’ll think so too.
